Silambattam

Silambattam is a traditional martial art form that originated in Tamil Nadu. This art form helps to maintain balance physically and mentally apart from providing self protection and other skills. Every sport and art form like dance, cricket, etc., is all based on weight balance and body positioning. Learning and performing more of these art forms help hand and eye coordination in all other art forms and complements each other.

Our school Principal is the General Secretary of world Silambam Sports association and our students will compete in state level competitions.
